1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TicketsZA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. TicketsZA (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser. TicketsZA acts as a ticketing intermediary between event organisers and attendees. The event organiser is responsible for the event itself, including its content, safety, and delivery.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the event of cancellation or material change to an event by the organiser. Service fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the cancellation notice to support@ticketsza.co.za.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not resell tickets purchased through TicketsZA for commercial gain without prior written consent. Fraudulent use of QR codes, ticket duplication, or misrepresentation of identity at the gate is a criminal offence under South African law and will be prosecuted.
5. Personal Information & POPIA
TicketsZA collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Your information is used solely for ticket processing, digital pass delivery, and event-related communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the TicketsZA platform including logos, design, code, and text is the intellectual property of TicketsZA (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
TicketsZA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or attendance at any event. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the tickets in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
